Ashtanga Mysore (Beginners)


This class is being conducted in the exact same style as Ashtanga Mysore. In this class, students who have little or no experience in this practice will be taught the Ashtanga sequence. They will then guided along until they become proficient at recalling the postures while on the mat. Students will progress through the practice, as they remember more of the sequence when they start practising regularly.
