Gentle Vinyasa Flow


In our Gentle Vinyasa Flow class, you’ll be exposed to the same poses and seamless transitions typically found in a regular Vinyasa flow class, but at a slower pace. You’ll be able to connect more with body, mind and breath as you flow through postures in a Vinyasa style. Class begins with the basic poses, with more challenging ones being introduced and modified, depending on your level. This class is recommended for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace and would love for an option to take things slower.
