This is a slower-paced hatha yoga class in which students are safely guided into and out of each posture. A variety of props are used to support the body where needed. To achieve mental and emotional harmony, students will learn to focus on their breath and quality of mind throughout their practice. This class is recommended for anyone who prefers a gentler, restorative practice. It is safe for beginners, expectant mothers and those coming back to their practice after a break.
