A way to maintain a healthy mind and body during pregnancy is yoga. Prenatal yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility and develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques in preparation for labour. Because of a very community approach, prenatal yoga can also help you meet and bond with other pregnant women and prepare for the stress of being a new parent.
