Vinyasa FLOW II (Vinyasa Yoga / Power Yoga)


Vinyasa Flow II is more challenging version of Vinyasa Flow where students get to explore different transitions, stronger poses and deeper stretches. In every practice, we focus on a theme, body part or peak pose. Flow II is suitable for yogis who have been doing vinyasa classes for some time or those who like to be challenged. As usual, modifications and alternatives will be given.
