Yoga Therapy is a gentle and healing class focused on bringing the body and mind back to the state of balance. Special attention will be given to areas such as neck and shoulders, spine, back and hips where pain and tension tend to arise due to daily activities and habits. Students will be guided to practise with proper alignment, engagement of muscles and mindfulness in a functional way that works for their body. In addition to asanas, breath work and meditation may be included to bring mind-body connection for optimal well-being.
