The aim of this community class program is to help recent graduates to gain exposure and hone their teaching skills.
Classes are held on every last Friday of the month. Schedule is subjected to changes, please check the online schedule.
Who Can Apply?
Anyone can join these classes!
In order to support them, the class would be priced at $10/mat. To reserve your mat, simply make payment in person by cash over the counter.
Mats are available at a first come first served basis.
And if you are a current pass holders, only unlimited 30days pass holder may book. Late cancellation and no-show policy applies. Please contact us for booking.

March Teacher – Tan Wenlin
Wenlin has had a passion for moving the body since she was young, beginning with dance and later on, martial arts. Her first encounter with yoga came in 2006, but it wasn’t till 2012 that it became a regular practice — a way of cultivating playfulness and taking flight despite the mundanity and weight of modern life.
A desire to deepen her knowledge and practice led her to complete her 200 Hr Teacher training in 2016.
A chance encounter with bodywork opened her eyes to the power of physical touch. In the years to follow, Wenlin began to study anatomy and Thai massage as a way to foster touch and facilitate a deeper yoga practice for herself and her loved ones.
Wenlin looks forward to sharing her love of yoga and the magic of touch with you.
Join her on 29 March (Fri) 7:00-8:00pm for a Pair Yoga
Pair Yoga is a Hatha based practice focused on giving and receiving assistance, deepening the practice of asanas and connecting with others.
We will work in pairs for most of the class. Pair yoga poses work mainly by adding resistance and providing assistance.
Your muscles can relax and stretch while your partner’s support help you stay in the asana.
Because of your partner’s help, you’ll be able to move into asanas safely and find deeper expressions of poses you may already be familiar with.
Through practising with another you will improve your ability to communicate, relax, trust and to be focused on the present.
This class is suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.
