The art of Ayurvedic pulse diagnosis (Nadi Parikshai) is almost lost in modern times. It provides “The Key” to understanding our subtle disturbances and the root cause of problems whether already manifest or still ‘on the way’ .
The key to good and vibrant health and well-being lies in eating food that is healthy. However food can only be healthy if it is correct for the individual. This is because each and every one of us are uniquely different and because we are different we each require our own set of rules as to how best what suits us individually. Do take note that what is healthy for one person need not be the same for the next person. This is the speciality of Classical Ayurveda.
What to eat; When to eat and How much to eat are the primary factors that guarantees stability, strength and a disease free life.
