The hip and the knee joints are two of the most important parts of the human body as they are the foundation for all of our body movements and they support most of our body weight.
Acute injuries, knee and hip pain are most commonly caused by wear and tear, which can be further irritated by the subtlest asymmetry. Imbalance in the hips can disturb the alignment of the knees, and vice versa.
Join Kuan in this workshop as she guides you through the integrated approach of Yoga Therapy towards happy hip and knee.

About Kuan Tan
Kuan Tan’s yoga journey started in 2004. Like many, it began as a physical activity. Gradually, she loves the “me” time on the mat when it allows her to be grounded and be connected with her inner self. Yoga teaches her to live life with strength, compassion and bliss. This will be her second yoga therapy workshop for this year with the earlier focusing on the shoulders and back.
