In this workshop, you will learn about the physiology of breathing, the principles of healthy breathing, and a range of pranayama practices to purify the energy pathways, calm the mind, energise the body, and awaken the flow of energy through your whole body.
You will then experience the profound benefit of yoga nidra (yogic sleep), with a guided practice.
The session will commence with a short, gentle movement session, to stimulate the flow of prana prior to practice.
