Arti Daryanani is a wellness practitioner and life coach, and a firm believer in wellness through movement. An experienced yoga and meditation instructor of almost 20 years, Arti is also certified in the Yamuna® Body Rolling method and GYROKINESIS® exercise, both new and innovative methods that combine deep physical and mental-emotional release. As a busy working mother, Arti understands the frantic pace of our multi-tasking society, and the stress that
inevitably follows. As such, all her classes are soft and gentle, a space in which to put down your load, let out a deep breath, and just come back to yourself.
A lawyer by training, she gave up a successful career as a corporate lawyer to pursue her interest in holistic well being, and is one of the pioneers in the training and development of the wellness and spa industry in Singapore. She is a Registered Management Consultant, the current Vice President of the Spa and Wellness Association of Singapore, and is on the teaching faculty of the International Yoga Teachers’ Association.
