Lily Wen Yi
Not only teaching Yoga, Wen Yi is also a drama enrichment instructor and an Indian classical dancer. She had gone through rigorous training in Odissi (traditional Indian dance) with Pranayama and Yoga practice as pre-requisite foundation.
In the past few years Wen Yi had been actively spreading the knowledge of Yoga in Singapore from private, corporate to studio classes. Her style of teaching focus on yoga flows, transitions and comprehensive asana adjustments.
This class contains a series of postures that flow naturally from one to the next. Focus is placed on movement, alignment, flexibility, strength and integration with breath. Poses are held for shorter duration than in a Hatha Yoga or Hatha Flow class.
Flow II is more challenging version of Vinyasa Flow where students get to explore different transitions, stronger poses and deeper stretches.
