Not only a Yoga instructor, Lily is also a drama & movement trainer and an Odissi (classical Indian dance) dancer.
Getting to know Yoga & Pranayama as the pre-requisite foundation in the dance training since teenage years, she then took a step further and received her RYT200 under Union Yoga Ayurveda, Singapore & Indian Institute of Patanjali Yoga, India and 50HRS Yin Yoga Teacher Certificate from Arhanta Yoga Academy.
Lily is currently coaching Yoga classes around Singapore from private/corporate to studio classes, she has also hosted Yoga & Injury Prevention workshops for
Her style of teaching focus on informative tips, accurate alignment & breathing point instructions and structured class flow.
This class contains a series of postures that flow naturally from one to the next. Focus is placed on movement, alignment, flexibility, strength and integration with breath. Poses are held for shorter duration than in a Hatha Yoga or Hatha Flow class.
Flow II is more challenging version of Vinyasa Flow where students get to explore different transitions, stronger poses and deeper stretches.
