About Shwetha

Shwetha is an architect by profession, now following the path of Yoga. She completed her 260 hours of Sivananda yoga teacher training from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre, Trivandrum, India.

Initially, drawing inspiration from her parents, she started practising Yoga alongside them.  She was an occasional yoga practitioner, but eventually, the architecture degree course followed by a very hectic work life took a toll on her health. Thereafter, determined to bring back a healthy balance, she began to practice yoga regularly.

After seeing the positive influence yoga had on her, she decided to begin formal training, so that she could spread the goodness of yoga to as many people around as she could.

According to her, Yoga being the union of mind, body and soul is a lifestyle in which one is aware of each breath taken. Each breath heals and helps one to be a better version of oneself! She strongly believes Yoga is for everyone.

She recently moved to Singapore and is looking forward to spread the goodness of Yoga here to fellow Singaporeans!
